Appointments may be made by calling the clinic.

If you would like a same-day appointment, every effort will be made to accommodate your medical needs.

If you cannot keep your appointment, we would appreciate 24-hour notice so we can offer that appointment to someone else who may have an emergency.

If your health insurance requires a referral, please contact Partners in Family Care to obtain one before your scheduled visit with another physician.

Payment Options

Partners in Family Care understands that medical expenses are not always planned or expected, and therefore may create some hardship to your family’s personal budget. Payment options are listed below:

Health Insurance

If you have health insurance, we will be happy to submit your charges. You will receive a statement from Partners in Family Care after your insurance has responded to the charges. Upon receipt of your statement, your balance is then to be paid in full.

Payment Plan

For those who are unable to pay their balance in full, we offer a payment plan. This allows you to take a balance and pay it over time. Please contact the business office for more information.

In addition to cash and personal checks, we now accept Visa and Mastercard.
