Appointments may be made by calling the clinic.
If you would like a same-day appointment, every effort will be made to accommodate your medical needs. If you cannot keep your appointment, we would appreciate 24-hour notice so we can offer that appointment to someone else who may have an emergency. If your health insurance requires a referral, please contact Partners in Family Care to obtain one before your scheduled visit with another physician. Kathryn R. Hayes, M.D.
Dr. Hayes is a graduate of Bethel College, and the University of Kansas School of Medicine. She is Board Certified in Family Practice and is the Medical Director of the Moundridge Manor.
