Appointments may be made by calling the clinic.
If you would like a same-day appointment, every effort will be made to accommodate your medical needs. If you cannot keep your appointment, we would appreciate 24-hour notice so we can offer that appointment to someone else who may have an emergency. If your health insurance requires a referral, please contact Partners in Family Care to obtain one before your scheduled visit with another physician. If hospitalization is necessary, arrangements will be made for your admission to Mercy Hospital, Moundridge, Kansas.
Since the hospital is neither owned nor operated by, or affiliated with Partners in Family Care, the patient upon admittance should make financial arrangements with the hospital.
Arrangements can be made with other hospitals for specialty care.
